Sales are by 5oz increments, steamers are ~1oz each, and shapes are subject to change. — currently they are square tablets in white bags.
For best results, set on an elevated ledge in the shower, or hang in a mesh bag from shower head, just outside the water stream.

Relax: pure lavender essential oil
Energize: bright and refreshing citrus blend featuring lemon and grapefruit essential oils.
Focus: mix of soothing lavender and clarifying rosemary essential oils
Forest: woodsy blend to instantly transport you to your favorite greenspace — featuring fir needle, cedarwood, and bergamot essential oils. Contains a mixture of essential and fragrance oils for depth and complexity.
Sinus blend: a frosty blast of eucalyptus and menthol. Be careful with this one -- do not place it where runoff water will get into your eyes!
